Tours take place by appointment and lead guests into the heart of the estate: a story made of places and people, even before bottles, guided by those who work here every day.
The route touches the historic cellar beneath the residence, the Vin Santo cellar with its drying racks and small casks, and today's working spaces. And it ends the way it should: with full glasses.

The journey begins beneath the residence, among the great oak casks and the memory of two centuries of harvests.
- The Vin Santo cellar
Under the roofs of the estate, the drying racks and the small casks where the Vin Santo, one of the most historic wines of the Colli Piacentini, is born.
- The winery today
The vats and tanks where the house wines take shape, told by the people who follow them day by day.
- The tasting counter
A tasting of the house wines, accompanied by Piacenza cured meats and local flavours, between the garden and the gallery of the Villa.

Every tasting begins with a tour of the historic Barattieri cellars and the family's manor house. Three wines of the house, chosen to tell a different side of the estate.

- The number of guests must be confirmed one week in advance and sets the minimum amount due: cancellations are not refunded, while guests can always be added.
- Special diets or dietary requirements must be communicated one week in advance.
- Tastings can be tailored by arrangement with the Villa Barattieri staff.

For those who want to go deeper, guided vertical tastings compare several vintages of the most representative labels of the house: La Madreperla, La Berganzina, the Cabernet.
