Gutturnio Superiore «Traversini» is made from a careful selection of Barbera and Bonarda grown on the estate's finest plots. Barbera leads the blend here, macerating for 25/35 days and balancing structure with freshness.
During maturation the wine is divided between concrete and wooden casks; only after a year is it reassembled in steel tanks, where it awaits bottling.
