Made exclusively from Sauvignon grapes fermented off the skins, it is a naturally sparkling wine: the flagship of the house, which over the years has always maintained the highest standard of quality.
The nose opens with the green pepper note typical of the variety, melting into a fresh finish of peach and melon; on the palate, lively acidity carries a full flavour with fine verve and aromatic persistence.
