Made exclusively from Sauvignon grapes fermented off the skins, it is a naturally sparkling wine: the flagship of the house, which over the years has always maintained the highest standard of quality. Sauvignon Blanc, which according to family tradition reached Albarola with the first French selections of the nineteenth century, has adapted to this land for over two centuries: the continuous massal selection of the best vines preserves a unique genetic heritage, the PC10 biotype.
The nose opens with the green pepper note typical of the variety, melting into a fresh finish of peach and melon; on the palate, lively acidity carries a full flavour with fine verve and aromatic persistence.
