We entrusted the historic Peroni distillery of Gussago, in Franciacorta, with our Malvasia di Candia Aromatica pomace. The result is a colourless, limpid, crystal-clear grappa.
On the nose it shows elegant intensity with ethereal, floral and fruity notes; soft and rounded on the palate, with delightful hints of apricot, peach and date. A tribute to Otto Barattieri, who gave the estate its winemaking vocation.
