2. Categories of data processed
Browsing data. The systems hosting this website (Vercel Inc.) acquire, during their normal operation, data whose transmission is implicit in Internet protocols: IP addresses, time of request, page visited, outcome of the request. This data is necessary for the delivery and the security of the service and is kept for the strictly necessary technical time.
Data provided voluntarily. This website has no forms that send data to our servers: the contact form and the request buttons simply open your email client (Gmail) with a pre-filled message, which you are free to edit or not to send. The data you share when writing to us (name, contact details, message content) is processed solely to reply to you.
No profiling. The website uses no traffic analytics, tracking pixels or advertising profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Replying to requests received (information, bookings, orders, events): pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Security and proper operation of the website: legitimate interest of the Controller, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data retention
Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligation, after which it is deleted. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for limited technical periods.
5. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data may be processed by suppliers providing technical services to the website: Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail and, upon your explicit action, Google Maps). Transfers to third countries take place on the basis of adequacy decisions or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Requests should be addressed to the Controller at the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
